Position Overview

As a Customer Service Coordinator in our Chemical Division, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and accurate responses to ensure customer satisfaction. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, both internally and externally
  • Act as a liaison and advocate for customers within all departments
  • Monitor accuracy of reporting and order information, and implement countermeasures as needed
  • Plan, prioritize, and implement work tasks to ensure proper functioning
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's brands, systems, products, and processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth and success
  • Identify and implement opportunities for service-related improvements

Essential Qualifications

* Relevant customer service and/or sales experience

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated performance in designing service-related improvements for customers

Preferred Qualifications

* SAP experience

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree
