Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems

• Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
• Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
• Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals
• Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
• Up-sell products and services as needed
• Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Requirements

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Basic computer skills and experience
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
• Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
