In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing prompt and accurate service, and educating customers about insurance options. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and communication
• Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
• Using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations

• Maintaining accurate records and reports, including customer interactions, sales data, and performance metrics

• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
