Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our remote team in Eugene, OR. As a key member of our Customer Mission Operations (CMO) team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and live chat interactions. Your primary focus will be on identifying customer needs, taking appropriate actions, and escalating issues when necessary. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Engage with customers across various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Handle all critical situations, including complaints and escalated cases, with professionalism and efficiency
  • Manage each customer case from initiation to resolution, ensuring the customer is kept informed throughout their entire experience
  • Provide quotes, process sales orders, document complaints, and address service issues related to shipments, billing, warranty, and product inquiries
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Essential Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service and/or client-facing roles
  • Highly skilled and experienced in information technology, time, and project management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, previous experience in the following areas would be a plus:

  • Proficiency with CRM/ERP systems
  • Experience in conducting in-house training
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools
