As a Customer Services Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in connecting, repairing, and rearranging our services to meet the evolving needs of our customers. You'll work closely with our team to review and analyze prints, diagrams, or schematic drawings, and use your technical expertise to splice and waterproof coverings, repair and maintain outside plant facilities, and climb ladders and poles to ensure our services are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

* Connect, repair, and rearrange cable conductors to ensure seamless service delivery

  • Review and analyze prints, diagrams, or schematic drawings to identify areas for improvement
  • Splice and waterproof coverings to prevent damage and ensure reliability
  • Repair and maintain outside plant facilities to ensure optimal service performance
  • May climb ladders and poles to access equipment and perform maintenance tasks
  • Work outdoors in all kinds of weather to ensure our services are always available

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical or service-related field
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of cable conductors, splicing, and waterproofing
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer service or technical support role, preferably in a telecommunications or utility industry
