As a Customer Support Executive - Chinese Speaking, you'll be at the forefront of providing exceptional service to our existing clients, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Your Role at arenaflex

As a Customer Support Executive - Chinese Speaking, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support and issue resolution to our clients across various communication channels. You'll be the face of arenaflex, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible experience. Your role will involve:

  • Processing client requests and solving issues via live chat, phone call, and email, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Escalating issues to the appropriate specialist when needed, utilizing Salesforce or Jira to track and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Updating clients on their request status, ensuring transparency and clear communication.
  • Verifying documents submitted by clients within specific regions on an hourly basis, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Preparing and interpreting reports and documentation as required, with a focus on detail and accuracy.
  • Attending company seminars and meeting assessment targets to understand arenaflex's business functions and roles.
  • Achieving quarterly KPI targets set by the CS manager, demonstrating your ability to meet and exceed expectations.
  • Performing other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager, showcasing your flexibility and adaptability.

  • Good communication skills in English and native Chinese speaking proficiency.
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve issues effectively.
  • Troubleshooting and multitasking skills, with the ability to navigate multiple programs and prioritize tasks.
  • Customer service orientation, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Self-motivation and high reliability, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
