Job Summary

We are seeking an Experienced Customer Support Service Representative to join our STAT Team in a remote location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving complex issues, and working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as a liaison between arenaflex, the customer base, and patients to resolve complex issues and provide product education

  • Resolve routine customer requests via inbound, outbound calls, or the Internet
  • Speak with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using protocol procedures
  • Inquire, clarify, and confirm customer requirements and understanding of the solution
  • Provide additional customer education and information as needed
  • Qualify and establish inbound new customers requesting arenaflex's products and services
  • Work in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions
  • Notify clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner
  • Review test forms for accuracy and report any discrepancies
  • Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
  • Perform administrative support for medical record management, CRM data maintenance, and internal records to assure HIPAA compliance

Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or call center environment
  • Prior healthcare industry experience, such as a physician's office or hospital, is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and/or Laboratory Information Systems is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent ability to listen and respond
  • Must be courteous with strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent multitasking abilities required
  • Strong flexibility and the ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a STAT Team environment

  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance
  • Experience with medical record management and CRM data maintenance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
