Job Summary

As a Data Entry Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Credentialing Team by reviewing provider key documents for accuracy, following up with internal teams for provider status updates, and facilitating a timely start date. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a virtual environment will be essential in ensuring the success of this role.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as support for newly hired providers and existing provider changes

  • Review, confirm, and upload credentialing documents from credentialing internal systems to Credentialing SharePoint based on credentialing requirements per state
  • Verify new hires CAQH account is updated, upload and attest credentialing documents, practice location and updated Certificate of Insurance
  • Pre-populate payor specific documentation for Credentialing Specialist where necessary
  • Verify payor portal enrollment/credentialing status where necessary
  • Review and/or contact state Medicaid payor to confirm provider status
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and support Credentialing Team as needed
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Education and Experience

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • At least one year of related experience in an administrative capacity
