Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team. As a key member of our team, you will participate in various projects that involve identifying and contacting potential candidates for our searches. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
- Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve our current processes
- Manage job postings on different job portals and evaluate candidates who apply to them
- Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for various searches we have open
- Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes
What We're Looking For:
* Proactivity and ability to work in a team
- Marked attention to detail in daily work
- 1+ previous work experience (a plus)
- Advanced English level
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
