Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Call Center Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, handling high-volume calls, and resolving complex issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience, and you will be an integral part of our efforts to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat

• Handle high-volume calls and resolve complex issues in a timely and professional manner
• Utilize arenaflex's solution information section strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment and enter information into the proper system
• Handle patient medicine demands within HIPAA guidelines and enter top-off orders for handling
• Investigate to obtain missing prescription data and decipher clinical shortened forms (SIG codes)
• Settle all data entry-related exceptions
• Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and settle outbound decisions to prescribers and patients depending on the situation
• Settle Outsider Oddballs by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for handling as per individual arrangement necessities
• Settle on phone decisions to guarantors and others to acquire data, gain supersede endorsement, or in any case settle the Outsider Oddballs
• Provide support to pharmacists, both those in the office and those in different areas
• Recognize and convey issues to senior-level staff as fitting

Essential Qualifications

* High school certificate or GED
