Marketing Project Manager
Benefits:
- 401(k)
- Health insurance
- Paid time off
- Run standups or weekly check-ins with the marketing team to keep projects on track and surface blockers early
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and dependencies in Asana: this is your command center
- Coordinate campaign launches end to end, making sure copy, creative, GHL setup, and ads are all aligned and live on time
- Organize briefs and intake requests from the team so nothing falls through the cracks
- Follow up with vendors, freelancers, and agencies on deadlines and deliverables
- Make the uncomfortable call when something is late. You are the one holding external partners accountable so leadership does not have to.
- Set clear expectations with every external partner and follow through consistently
- Flag blockers and escalate when things are stuck. You do not wait for someone to tell you there is a problem. You see it first.
- Report on project status to leadership with clear, honest updates. No spin, just where things stand.
- Track metrics and deadlines across internal dashboards to keep a pulse on what is on time and what is slipping
- Coordinate across content, ads, design, GHL, operations, and clinical teams
- Handle minor execution tasks as needed, but your primary job is coordination and oversight, not doing the marketing yourself
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in a marketing or creative environment
- Proven experience managing multiple simultaneous campaigns or projects across different teams and timelines
- Vendor and freelancer management experience: you have held external partners accountable and driven deliverables to completion
- Strong proficiency in Asana or a similar project management tool. You do not just use it. You build the systems that make the team run.
- Cross-functional coordination experience across creative, content, ads, and operations
- Marketing knowledge: you understand funnels, email, paid ads, and content well enough to manage the work intelligently
- Strong reporting and status communication skills
- Experience using AI and agentic AI tools (Claude Code or similar) to improve workflows, automate tasks, or enhance project management
- Proof of projects managed and executed: show us what you have driven to completion and the results
- PMP certification or formal project management credentials
- Experience in health, wellness, or DTC marketing environments
- Experience working with GoHighLevel or similar marketing automation platforms
- You always know where every project stands: where it is, where it is stuck, and exactly where to push to move it forward
- You are calm, confident, and collected when things get hectic. You prioritize, communicate, and execute.
- You are comfortable being the one who makes the tough follow-up call. You press vendors and external partners so your team does not have to.
- You cannot work across departments. A large portion of the projects you manage will require coordination between content, ads, design, GHL, operations, and clinical. If that sounds exhausting instead of exciting, this is not your role.
- You get overwhelmed by competing priorities and freeze instead of triaging. There is a lot to balance every single week.
- You avoid hard conversations. This role requires you to press vendors, flag missed deadlines, and hold people accountable. If confrontation makes you shut down, you will struggle here.
- On-time project delivery rate: this is the number that matters most
- Campaign launch readiness: everything coordinated and live on schedule
- Blockers identified and resolved per week
- Vendor and freelancer deliverable hit rate
- Internal team satisfaction: does the marketing team feel organized and supported?
- Pay: Competitive salary based on experience
- Location: Remote (U.S. business hours required)
- Schedule: Full-time
- Reports to: Marketing Leadership
- Your resume or LinkedIn profile
- Proof of projects you have managed and driven to completion, with context on scope, team size, and outcomes
