[Remote] Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative will identify and engage potential partners for ClassPass, serving as the first point of contact and managing the outreach process to promote fitness classes and wellness services.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential business partners through various channels, including cold calling, emails, and social media outreach from the lead list you are provided with
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs, educate them about ClassPass mission, and qualify their interest in working with us
  • Schedule introductory calls or meetings for our Field sales team with qualified leads
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and leads in our CRM system
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively communicate ClassPass's value proposition
  • Collaborate with the sales teams to develop effective outreach strategies, strong relationship with Account Executives and effectively close deals

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Motivated, self-starter with a desire to excel in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Passion for fitness and wellness
