[Remote] Deal Desk Specialist

The Deal Desk Specialist will oversee and optimize the sales process, ensuring efficient deal structuring and execution while maintaining pricing integrity and contract compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary advisor to sales on complex and non-standard deal structures, pricing models, and contractual terms
• Quote-to-Order Management: Manage the end-to-end deal process, including support creating, reviewing, and approving quotes and contracts
• Serve as the first line of support for non-standard deal requests, helping sales reps navigate approvals and internal processes
• Own and resolve deal related escalations
• Collaborate to build and maintain Deal Desk playbooks and training materials
• Validate pricing strategies, ensure contracts align with company policies and legal requirements, and help maintain pricing accuracy
• Leverage CRM tools to track sales agreements, manage deal progress, and generate reports on sales performance
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of SalesForce data, CPQ workflows and SKU creation
• Identify areas for improvement in operational workflows
• Train field sales teams to help onboard them on existing best practices and new implementations

Skills

• 1–3 years in Sales Operations, Finance, or Deal Desk
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, CPQ tools (e.g., Salesforce CPQ), and contract management systems
• Analytical abilities, critical thinking, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Previous SaaS, technology or software industry in an operational or data analyst role
