Cecil offers associate degrees, certificate programs and non-credit classes. Cecil offers a variety of associate degree and certificate programs. Tutor may work virtual and/or face to face. Specific Duties:

• Establish tutoring hours and post on Blackboard
• Meet with students in a one to one or group format
• Record subject and hours tutored each week
• Communicate with course instructor if there are particular student needs

Requirements: Education: Must be enrolled or successfully completed the course(s) they are tutoring. Qualifications:

• Strong communication, organization, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Current knowledge and skill in the use of information and computer technology (e.g., word processing, e-mail, database) or proven ability to learn these skills.
• Able to work with students with special needs based on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
