Customer Service Representative
Great West Casualty Company is a long-time stable company providing premier insurance products and services to truck drivers and trucking companies. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support complex accounts by responding to requests for information, services, quotes, permits, authority, and licensing.
Responsibilities
- Provide office and sales assistance by responding to requests for information, services, quotes, permits, authority, and licensing
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptable with a desire to learn and grow
- Ability to utilize computer software
- Must obtain and maintain a P&C license within the first 90 days of employment
- Customer service, administrative, or insurance experience preferred
- Experience with Applied Epic Agency Management System is a plus!
