Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving their issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for escalating complex issues to our internal teams and collaborating with them to resolve the issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Escalate complex issues to internal teams and collaborate with them to resolve the issues
  • Analyze customer feedback and use it to improve our products and services

  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and service level agreement (SLA) targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, communications, or customer service

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
