Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Specialist to join our night shift team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, concerns, and providing information through inbound and outbound phone calls. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and are proficient in Mandarin and English, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers in placing online orders and provide support through phone calls

• Process payments securely and proactively support customers to maintain brand reputation
• Identify and escalate priority issues, collaborating with the team to improve customer support
• Maintain and improve service quality, ensuring that customers receive the best possible experience
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' needs and preferences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field

• At least 6 months of experience in customer support, with a strong preference for call center experience
• B2 level proficiency in English and Mandarin
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach
• Ability to handle inquiries professionally and maintain a high level of accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

* Fresh graduates with a strong passion for customer success

• Experience in the food ordering app industry or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office, with a typing speed of at least 40wpm and 90% accuracy
