Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers, running the register, and providing excellent customer care
  • Leading shifts on a regular basis and gaining entry-level management experience
  • Working with our food program and making purchase suggestions to customers
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
  • Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance
  • Interacting with customers daily and working with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks
  • Selling products to customers and providing excellent customer care
  • Communicating effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Performing at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Working as part of a team to accomplish daily goals
  • Coming up with great ideas to solve problems and thinking quickly to offer suggestions
  • Leading a team of employees and providing guidance and support

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of retail and customer service experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Physical ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical demands of the job

Preferred Qualifications

* Entry-level management experience

  • Sales associate or cashiering experience
  • Motivation to advance in your career and willingness to learn and have fun
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
