Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Nutiliti Application Support, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering phone calls, text messages, emails, and voice notes from customers regarding their billing, regulations, payments, or the functioning of the Nutiliti application
  • Providing clear, concise, and empathetic support to customers, resolving their issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Directing customers to the appropriate department or resource when necessary
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues
  • Collaborating with the Nutiliti team to ensure seamless support and resolution of customer issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

Experience:

At least one year of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment

Communication Skills:

Advanced English language skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers

Problem-Solving Skills:
