Job Summary
As a Premier Customer Service Representative / Participant Svcs Rep III, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers through verbal and written communications, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with customers to provide valuable insights, education, and direction, ensuring they receive the best possible experience. This role requires a strong skillset in customer service, communication, and problem-solving, with a passion for delivering one superior quality experience at a time.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle all incoming and outgoing customer phone calls, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Respond to email, voicemail, and chat inquiries from customers, providing high-quality, customer-focused answers and education on health and wealth policies and programs
- Troubleshoot inquiries for Web and Online issues, including consulting with customers to support easy navigation of available online tools
- Resolve issues without management intervention, removing barriers for customers and ensuring their needs are met
- Protect sensitive customer information with discretion, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to arenaflex protocols
- Maintain a professional approach to client service, consistent with arenaflex service levels and protocols
- Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the growth and success of the team
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma, GED, or college degree
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, with prior call center experience preferred but not required
- Computer knowledge and skills, comfortable learning new systems and software
- Ability to learn, memorize, and retain information, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of medical/reimbursement terminology, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new concepts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing effectively to meet customer service goals and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with an aptitude for prioritization and multi-tasking
- Problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong ability to think critically and resolve issues independently
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with health and wealth solutions, with a strong understanding of related policies and programs
- Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR)
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong ability to communicate and collaborate with team members and customers
