As a Remote Live Chat Specialist, you'll be an integral part of our customer support team, working closely with clients to address their customers' inquiries and provide support through live chat on websites and social media platforms.

Your Role

As a Remote Live Chat Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients' customers, addressing inquiries and providing support through live chat on websites and social media platforms. Whether it's assisting with customer queries or responding to sales questions, your role is crucial in ensuring a positive customer experience. You'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers through live chat
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored support
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Working independently, with a keen focus on detail and following instructions
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets

$35 per hour

Work Schedule:

Flexible hours with a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week

Requirements:

+ Must have access to a device (phone, tablet, laptop) with the capability to use social media and website chat functions + Ability to work independently, with a keen focus on detail and following instructions + Reliable internet connection and a minimum of 10 hours available to work each week
