Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful solutions to customers' issues
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Providing product or service knowledge to customers, recognizing and applying arenaflex's policies and procedures
- Utilizing computer systems and software to manage customer interactions and resolve issues
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills
What You Bring to the Role
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong product or service knowledge, with the ability to recognize, apply, and explain arenaflex's policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in computer systems and software, including high-speed internet connection (>25mbps)
- A caring and supportive nature, with a passion for helping others
