Job Summary
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and promoting customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls, confirm scheduled appointments, and respond to voicemail messages, abandoned, and missed calls from customers

- Transfer calls to various departments as needed
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
