Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our remote customer support team.   • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including customer satisfaction, resolution rates, and first-call resolution

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as customer service, communications, or business administration

  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the airline or travel industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other relevant tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer-centricity
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, as well as the airline industry
  • Fluency in multiple languages, including English and Portuguese
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
