Role Overview
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Professional to join our team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our remote workforce, you'll be responsible for entering, updating, and verifying data accurately, while providing exceptional customer service and support. Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Entry Professional with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Entering, updating, and verifying data accurately and efficiently
- Providing exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, or remote access
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and networks
- Conducting site visits to investigate issues and provide on-site support
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and technical issues
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and technical support
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of experience in data entry and technical support
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and software applications
- Experience with Cisco VPN, Citrix, Apparatus, Symantec, and other internet browsers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in computer science or related field preferred
Preferred Qualifications
