The Role

As an Airline Customer Service Agent, you'll be part of a well-oiled team that manages the whole passenger experience, from ticketing to boarding. You'll enjoy a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, interacting with a kaleidoscope of people from different walks of life. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling passenger inquiries, and resolving issues in a calm and professional manner. You'll also have the opportunity to work with multiple airlines and develop your skills in a variety of areas, including passenger services, baggage handling, and aircraft ground handling.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a calm and professional manner

  • Handle passenger check-in, baggage drop-off, and boarding procedures
  • Assist passengers with special needs, such as wheelchair assistance and unaccompanied minors
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth airport operations
  • Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and services
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and active listening

  • Fluency in English; a second language is an advantage
  • Customer service experience is preferred but not required
  • Computer literacy with fast and accurate data entry skills; attention to detail
  • Calmness; ability to find solutions, even when busy and/or under stress
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • The stamina to stand for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual in any of the following languages: English/Tagalog, English/Mandarin, English/Cantonese, English/Vietnamese, English/Thai, English/Indonesian, English/Hindi, Gujarati, English/Japanese

  • Availability to work a minimum of 4 days per week (including weekends and holidays)
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States of America (USA)
