Job Overview

As an Amazon Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Processing customer orders, returns, and exchanges
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Managing responsibilities for a Locker location, including opening and closing site
• Using technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders
• Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring that all packages are accurately processed and stored

Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
• Assisting customers with questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, including adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols
• Managing responsibilities for a Locker location, including opening and closing site
• Using technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders
• Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring that all packages are accurately processed and stored

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• To be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
• A strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Availability to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week
