What you will do:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers, handling a wide range of inquiries and concerns related to travel, reservations, and other travel-related matters. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information on arenaflex's products and services
  • Handling customer complaints and concerns in a fair and empathetic manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Staying up-to-date on arenaflex's policies, procedures, and products to provide informed and accurate support to customers

What you will need for success:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A high school degree or equivalent
  • Intermediate Excel and Word experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude in a customer-facing role

Preferred qualifications:

* Previous customer service or member-facing experience

  • Previous banking or credit union experience
  • Experience with Episys/Symitar and processing wires
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
