Job Summary
We are seeking an Experienced Business Analyst to join our team, responsible for eliciting and documenting business requirements from stakeholders, creating test plans and test cases, and organizing and maintaining the team backlog. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with no prior programming knowledge to develop their skills and transition into a successful career in business analysis and project management.
Responsibilities
As an Experienced Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Eliciting and documenting business requirements from stakeholders
- Attending requirements workshops to communicate and discuss documented business requirements
- Documenting requirements, including user stories that are well-formed, traceable, and testable with defined acceptance criteria
- Creating test plans and test cases
- Organizing and maintaining the team backlog
- Collaborating with the management team on new products and sales strategies
- Working with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences
