Chat Moderator
Job Description
As a Chat Moderator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for maintaining the integrity and quality of our online community. Your primary duties will include:
- Moderating the chat of our official Discord server to ensure that all users adhere to our community guidelines and rules
- Deleting messages that violate our community standards
- Banning users who repeatedly break our rules
- Muting users who have violated our community guidelines
- Investigating reports made by users about potential rule violations
- Collaborating with our team to develop and implement community engagement strategies
- Providing excellent customer service and support to our users
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- To be at least 18 years old
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Familiarity with Discord and online community management tools
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications
