Job Summary

As a Customer Assistance Coordinator, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about arenaflex's products and services. You'll act as a key point of contact for our customers, working to enhance their overall experience with the company. This is a full-time, remote opportunity that offers a competitive salary, comprehensive health and dental benefits, and paid vacations. You'll work 40 hours per week with opportunities for overtime and enjoy paid training to help you excel in your role.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

  • Provide detailed information about arenaflex products and services
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous
