Key Responsibilities:
* Provide best-in-class support to customers through live chat on websites and social media accounts
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide sales links, and offer discounts in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and provide unique solutions
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Work closely with the Customer Service Supervisor to achieve team goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications:
* Basic English writing skills
- Ability to communicate effectively through written chat
- Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connectivity and access to a laptop, phone, or tablet
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in customer service or live chat support (not required)
- Familiarity with Facebook Messenger or other live chat tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
