Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and providing personalized support to our customers. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, efficient problem-solving, and a positive shopping experience. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Register sales on assigned sales register, process transactions, and handle returns, exchanges, and voids
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including counters, shelves, and stockrooms
  • Develop and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and special displays
  • Assist with the partition of food items and product placement as determined by strategies and systems
  • Provide customer support in the photo area, including digital photo printing, banner printing, and sales of special photo items
  • Take on web pick-up responsibilities, including screening orders, processing requests, and delivering orders to customers
  • Contribute to the overall store appearance and condition, ensuring a clean, tidy, and welcoming environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably with arenaflex

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products, services, and policies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
