The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and your role will be to resolve their queries, address their concerns, and provide them with the information they need to make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

* Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
• Meet personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers and provide them with a personalized experience

Requirements

* Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative

• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High school diploma

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

• Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
• Certification in customer service or a related field
• Experience with sales and marketing principles
