Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Initiating conversations with customers, discussing their plans, and suggesting products that meet their needs
• Providing customer service that exceeds expectations, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one
• Maintaining the assigned areas stocked, dirt-free, and secure, ensuring that customers can shop seamlessly
• Utilizing teamwork with management and colleagues to achieve sales targets
• Utilizing the POS system to finalize customer transactions
• Following guidelines for handling customer refunds and exchanges
• Abiding by standard practices for accepting payment through cash, checks, and credit cards
• Developing pricing labels and promotional displays, managing stocks, labeling, and showcasing products
• Respecting essential principles that dictate the company's actions
• Demonstrating and validating compliance with company safety protocols
• Following company guidelines in answering calls and taking messages
• Being available to assist in any department of the store, if necessary
• Achieving excellence in a fast-paced environment with precision

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

• To be at least 18 years old
• Basic math competency
• Prior experience in customer support
• Ability to multitask efficiently and deliver excellent results in stressful situations
• Forklift certification (specific job positions may require)
• Ability to pass a drug test (state laws permitting)

Physical and Sensory Requirements

As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need to be able to:

• Exert force ranging from 30 to 60 pounds occasionally or 20 to 30 pounds frequently to transport or manipulate objects
• Manipulate and feel objects using your hands and fingers
• Perform repeated activities that demand physical exertion, such as standing, walking, reaching, balancing, or climbing
