Role Overview

This includes facilitating order processing, managing returns, and handling customer quality and service claims. Responsibilities span tasks such as data entry for sales orders, overseeing quality and service claims, creating shipping labels, and managing sales and marketing sample orders. Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks while upholding professionalism and efficiency are essential.

Key Responsibilities

* Engage with customers through live chat messages on arenaflex's website and social media accounts

• Address inquiries from existing customers, covering topics like returns and re-ordering
• Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries
• Maintain an encyclopedic knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
• Facilitate order processing, manage returns, and handle customer quality and service claims
• Perform data entry for sales orders, oversee quality and service claims, create shipping labels, and manage sales and marketing sample orders

Essential Qualifications

* A device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)

• Independence, a keen ability to follow provided steps and instructions, and a commitment of at least 5 hours per week
