Job Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Entering and updating data into company databases and systems with accuracy and completeness
• Performing routine data verification and clean-up tasks to ensure data integrity
• Reviewing and checking documents for errors or discrepancies and responding to inquiries related to data entry
• Assisting in data management tasks and report generation as required
• Following data entry processes and maintaining confidentiality
• Responding to inquiries and providing support where needed

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (Associate's Degree or relevant certifications a plus)
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on repetitive tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Skills
