Job Overview:
arenaflex is urgently hiring an Experienced Data Entry Operator to join our remote team. As a Data Entry Operator, you will play a crucial role in processing child support payments according to Standard Operating Procedures. Key Responsibilities:
* Process child support payments, both paper and electronic forms, in the SDU system in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures
- Accurately key data and maintain attention to detail
- Work independently with little direction and as a team member to meet stringent schedules and timelines
- Successfully work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to varied schedules and overtime hours, as necessary
- Maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy in data entry tasks
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent and at least one year prior experience in data entry or a related field
- Equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform the duties assigned
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad
- Experience and knowledge of software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Windows products
Preferred Qualifications:
* Prior experience in a similar role or industry
- Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures and policies related to SDU payment processing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
