Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Project Manager to lead the project management of high-priority projects across the RES division. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading the project management of high-priority projects, including organizing tasks from project inception to execution and conclusion
- Creating and maintaining project artifacts, including project plans, project contracts, hazard and issue logs, and dashboards
- Managing multiple simultaneous projects of varying complexity and priority, across different teams and stakeholders
- Driving the development of our company culture, ensuring alignment with our values and vision
- Fostering effective communication methodologies and implementing cycles, exercises, and projects that result in optimal dissemination of information and communication consistency
- Supporting the development of business cases, prioritization, and divisional portfolio management
- Maintaining and establishing strong relationships and feedback loops between leaders, functional partners, and cross-divisional teams

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Exceptional organizing, coordination, and innovative problem-solving skills
- Proven experience and a demonstrated history of success in managing and delivering multiple projects of varying sizes and complexity
- Unparalleled communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across the organization and build and manage relationships with partners and senior leadership
- Ability to lead and work independently and within a team
- Capability in written and oral communications, with the ability to produce concise reports for executive presentations
- Ability to perform effectively in their current role

- Where allowed by relevant regulation, you have received or will receive the COVID-19 vaccination by the date of hire to be considered for U.S.-based work, while not already employed by arenaflex
- Reliably focuses on the safety and security of self, others, and personal information
- Embraces diverse individuals, thinking, and styles
- Has a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
- Is at least 18 years old and has approval to work in the US

* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or experience managing projects according to Project Management Institute (PMI) principles
- Experience with PowerApps, Sharepoint, and project management software is highly desired
