Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Facebook Chat Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for managing customer interactions on Facebook, providing timely and effective support, and ensuring that our clients' needs are met. This is a remote position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from home or our remote office.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage customer interactions on Facebook, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide exceptional customer support, addressing questions and concerns related to products, prices, and policies
  • Utilize provided steps and instructions to resolve customer issues and provide support
  • Work independently, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless customer support and high-quality service delivery
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in customer support, preferably in a live chat or social media environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Facebook and other social media platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other support tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and patterns
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook and other social media platforms, including their features and functionality
