The Role
As an Experienced Customer Experience Concierge, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our valued clients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for delivering superior service, resolving issues, and creating innovative solutions to meet our clients' needs. Your passion for customer experience, combined with your exceptional communication skills and ability to think on your feet, will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is a memorable one
- Resolve issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Create innovative solutions to meet our clients' needs, exceeding their expectations
- Provide travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services to our valued clients
- Act as a consultant, tailoring our products and services to assist clients with their immediate needs
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continuously improve our services
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers
- Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience is preferred (Travel reservation experience a plus)
- Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions
- Exceptional communication skills, delighting the customer with every single interaction
- Ability to listen to the customer's needs, offering confident recommendations, resulting in high satisfaction from the customer
- Must exhibit the utmost professionalism and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions
- Ability to rely and collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively, when unanticipated situations may arise
- Must be resourceful and capable of using the Internet effectively while providing assistance in a face-to-face customer environment
- Ability to utilize and switch from multiple technology platforms with ease
- Adapt to an ever-changing environment and be resilient
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
