The Opportunity

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized service to each caller. You will work closely with your Customer Service Supervisor and other team members to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded. This is a hybrid role that allows you to balance your time between our remote office and home, with a set schedule and structured day.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries, resolving issues and providing personalized service to each caller

  • Assist customers with questions, confirm refunds, take payments, place orders, and analyze account data
  • Work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day
  • Communicate with a variety of customer styles, peers, and leaders
  • Navigate multiple systems and screens while assisting customers
  • Troubleshoot own technical problems (in partnership with IT when needed)
  • Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours

What You Bring

* Strong problem-solving and de-escalation skills to handle unique situations and sustain a high-paced call volume

  • Ability to learn and work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, peers, and leaders
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens while assisting customers
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in computer systems and software
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours

Compensation and Benefits

* Starting rate of $15.00/hour

  • $1.00/hour additional for any hours worked 6pm-6am
  • $1.00 for every hour worked 12:00am Saturday -11:59pm on Sunday

System Requirements

* Self-provided computer or laptop with a Microsoft Windows operating system, Windows 10 or newer, and no more than three years old

  • Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications (arenaflex reimburses $75 for headset)
  • High-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, or dial-up services are not an option)
  • Mac/Apple products, Chromebooks, Surfaces, and notebooks are not supported
