Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our members via chat. You'll be responsible for resolving issues, answering inquiries, and delivering a personalized and positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities

* Engage with arenaflex members via chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address member concerns and improve overall service quality

Qualifications
