The Role
As an Overnight Live Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through our chat platform, answering their questions about services, pricing, refund policies, and more. You'll also provide discount codes and assist with any product or delivery concerns. Don't worry about experience – we offer comprehensive training that's quick and effective, preparing you to excel in your role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with customers through our chat platform, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Answer customer inquiries about services, pricing, refund policies, and more
- Provide discount codes and assist with any product or delivery concerns
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services
Contract Length and Rate:
* Open-ended contract
- Competitive hourly rate of $35 per hour
Skills and Background:
* A device (smartphone, tablet, or laptop) that can access chat functions and social media
- Independence and a keen ability to follow detailed instructions
- Availability for at least 10 hours weekly
- A stable internet connection is crucial
Hours and Location:
* Flexible hours, ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week
- Fully remote position, welcoming candidates from the United Kingdom
