Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team, providing exceptional support to our clients via phone, email, and chat. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, ensuring that our customers receive prompt, professional, and personalized service. Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Respond to customer inquiries, address concerns, and resolve issues in a friendly and courteous manner
- Utilize arenaflex's CRM system to track customer interactions, update customer information, and escalate complex issues to senior team members
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, provide product information, and offer solutions to meet customer needs
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and technical expertise
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals, provide support, and maintain a positive and productive work environment
Requirements
* High School Diploma or Equivalent (HSD or GED) required
- 6+ months of customer service experience in a call center environment
- Exceptional phone and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide creative solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in CRM software, with the ability to learn and adapt to arenaflex's CRM system
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple conversations, and meet performance metrics
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
Preferred Qualifications
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center environment
- Experience with CRM software, including Salesforce or similar platforms
- Knowledge of customer service principles, practices, and best practices
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
