What You'll Do:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, representing one of the nation's largest brands and building meaningful connections with customers via inbound calls. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Upselling customers to ensure they have the best features to meet their needs
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of call center experience
  • Must live in the state of North Carolina
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Must have a GED or High School Diploma
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
