  • Customer Engagement: Engage with passengers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues related to travel bookings, flight information, baggage, and more.

  • Booking Assistance: Assist passengers with booking, modifying, and canceling reservations, as well as explaining fare rules and policies.
