Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team and support the Tesla Body Repair Program. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our products and services. This is a remote work opportunity, and you'll have the flexibility to work from home while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative for the Tesla Body Repair Program, you'll be responsible for:

  • Scheduling and maintaining work schedules for the Internal Body Shop
  • Liaising between Customer Claim Specialists and the Body Shop to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Preparing vehicles for arrival, including WARP and CCC management
  • Coordinating with customers to understand their expectations and concerns
  • Coordinating rental arrangements and handoffs
  • Updating vehicle reputation and tracking progress
  • Reordering materials and components as needed
  • Providing repair overviews and delivering vehicles to customers

What You'll Bring

To be successful in this role, you'll need to bring the following skills and qualifications:

  • A certificate from a vocational school in collision repair is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Microsoft Office experience is preferred
  • Ability to teach others and share knowledge and expertise
  • Comfortable working in a collision repair environment
  • Ability to work independently in a remote work setting with minimal supervision
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive or collision repair industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
