Job Duties and Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing solutions to customers, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and promoting products and services to new and existing customers.
  • Supporting customers between the hours of 6 AM to 10 PM MT, with a minimum of 2 days off in a row.
  • Engaging with a diverse consumer base to provide solutions for customer needs and technical issues.
  • Taking back-to-back tech support or customer service phone calls with customers throughout the entirety of your shift.
  • Maintaining open availability, including weekends and holidays, to support business needs.

Skills, Experience, and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent experience is required.
  • Six Months of Related Customer Service Experience: Six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience and/or training is preferred.
  • Openness to Coaching: Be open to coaching and a desire to learn new techniques.
  • Ability to Remain Engaged: Remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal to no distractions.
  • Tech Savviness: Be tech-savvy, with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs while providing Best-In-Class Customer Experience.
  • Superb Attendance: Maintain superb attendance and be available to work between the hours of 6 AM to 10 PM MT, including weekends and holidays.

Work-at-Home Technical Requirements

To work from home, you'll need:

  • DISH-Provided Equipment: Receive all necessary equipment, including a DISH-provided PC Tower, power adapter, and two monitors.
  • Home Internet: Maintain a stable cable, DSL, or fiber ISP internet connection with minimum 25 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload speed, with 99% uptime, and no bandwidth or data caps.
  • Dedicated Home Office Workspace: Have a dedicated home office workspace with a wired ethernet connection between the modem and PC without the use of an adapter.

Salary Range

The base pay range for this role is $15.00 per hour. Compensation and benefits may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies.
