Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative & Data Entry Specialist to join our team in a work-from-home capacity. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative & Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling incoming customer service calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner
- Dispatching incoming customer phone calls and responding to customer inquiries
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records, including contact information and account details
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Capturing customer information, answering customer inquiries, and resolving inbound customer calls regarding account-related issues
- Taking customer orders, providing high-quality customer service, and making outgoing customer service calls
- Collaborating with the customer service manager to ensure proper customer service and resolving any customer service issues
- Answering inbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and handling customer inquiries
- Providing customer support, handling customer inquiries, and combining excellent customer service skills to assure quality customer service to all customers
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Proficiency in data entry software and systems, with the ability to accurately and efficiently capture customer information
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
